What is the difference between values and goals? Values are on going; goals can be achieved and checked off your list. Make sure your goals are compatible with your values.

Values: Examples are family, friendship, education, money, hard work, happiness, physical health, spiritual health. Write down your values; arrange your list in the order that is most important to you.

Goals: Examples are spend more time with family, create financial freedom, develop certain skill through education, read an hour every day, develop good eating habits, lose weight, take a vacation. Write down your goals; arrange your list in the order that is most important to you.

Activities: If one of your goals is to lose a certain amount of weight, exercise and sensible eating can help you achieve your goal.
